Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of swimwear, all sales are final unless the conditions below are strictly met.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• Requested within 14 days of delivery

• Item is unworn, unwashed, unused

• Hygiene liner and original tags are fully intact

• Item shows no signs of wear, odor, deodorant, makeup, lotion, or damage

• Returned in original packaging

Any return that fails to meet all conditions will be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items

• Any swimwear missing hygiene liners or tags

• Worn, tried-on improperly, washed, or altered items

• Items returned outside the 7-day window.

Refunds

• Approved returns will receive store credit only

• No cash refunds

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to availability

• Customer covers shipping both ways

Defective or Incorrect Items

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photo evidence required before approval
